Ordering and Shipping Information


Standard Delivery – U.S.A.:

We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service to ship most orders. Oversized merchandise and large size orders are dispatched by freight carrier. Shipping fees are quoted individually for each order. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. Our warehouse distribution center offers drop shipping programs for your convenience. Standard Delivery – International:

All items shipping outside the United States are normally dispatched via U.S. Postal Service. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are payable in U.S. funds only. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are quoted individually for each order. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote.


Returns and Exchanges:

Upon receipt of your order, please check your merchandise thoroughly. If your items are defective or were damaged during shipping, please contact customer service directly within 14 calendar days at 954-977-3022. After this period a 20% restocking fee will apply. Once customer service is contacted, we will arrange to have your merchandise returned. All items shipped by truck freight must be inspected at the point of delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be immediately logged with the driver in order to process a claim. A Return Authorization must be issued through customer service before any merchandise is returned. Merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Please include all original packaging materials, accessories and manuals. Pending inspection, an exchange, credit or refund will be issued based on the item value. Return shipping costs on product outside the scope of damages and defects are the customer's responsibility. Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Personalizing & Engraving:

Custom engraving services are available to personalize your order. Engrave names, company logos and intricate designs into wood, metal or glass items. Please contact customer service for a quote.

From initial concept to final design, we offer services to produce & manufacture custom designs specific to suit our customers' needs. Please contact customer service for a quotation and additional details.


Payment & Pricing:

All orders must be pre-paid before merchandise ships. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. Payment can also be made by Check, Money Order, Bank Wire, Western Union or Money Gram. Item prices in our latest catalog supersede all previous catalogs. All prices are in U.S. dollars and all payments must be received in U.S. funds. Descriptive, typographic, and photographic errors are subject to correction. Availability and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing or printing errors.
